About the event
NTFIA will burn 3 pods with different rooms and scenarios that are constructed of common building materials and contents. Fire Investigators will have the ability to determine the cause and origin of each fire through the collection of data and evidence. PPE will be required . Respiratory masks or respirator required. Gloves and flashlight. Fire helmet or Hard hat .
Lunch will be provided.
8:30a - 12:00p : Hands on with the burn pods
12:00p - 1:15p: NTFIA business meeting
1:15p - 3:00p: Origin and Cause determination Reports
